Initial questions and answers are covered during consultations with the Nurse and Doctor. You’ll receive written information and materials at the time of your assessment and at the start of therapy. Throughout your treatment, we’re here to provide follow-up advice via phone or email as needed. This support continues until you decide to stop the treatment, which is paid for through an ongoing monthly subscription, until your health goals are achieved. Afterward, follow-up lifestyle screenings are available on an ad hoc basis as required.

You will have conducted your own research and formed an idea about whether treatment might help you. This likely included reaching out to us by email at [email protected] or by telephone. Following this, you’ll have an initial discussion with a member of our Medical Support Team to register you, complete a self-declared medical history questionnaire, and book a face-to-face Nurse appointment for physical measurements and blood tests. Typically, this is followed by a same-day Doctor assessment to finalise the treatment plan with you.Once everything is set, your therapy will be couriered to your home within 72 hours. Follow-up prescriptions are sent out in the same way via DHL.

You will be a somone seeking help with weight management, including weight loss and weight maintenance as therapy in addition to a reduced calorie diet and increased physical activity where your BMI is over 30, or your BMI is over 27 in the presence of at least one other (comorbid) condition e.g. raised blood pressure, high cholesterol, sleep apnoea, cardiovascular disease, pre-diabetes, or type 2 diabetes mellitus.
